The Association attends a number of shows throughout the year to promote public knowledge of bees and beekeeping. |

The Association and many of its members regularly compete in honey shows. The Shrewsbury Flower Show is the highlight of the annual show calendar in the region and our members pick up many prizes in the various classes for their high-quality products. |

In recent years we have exhibited at market town festivals across North Shropshire, including events in Market Drayton, Ellesmere and Whitchurch. |

The Association glass display contains over 12kg of honey and other bee products and is a real focal point. |
The Association's apiary in North Shropshire
The Association maintains an apiary at an organic farm in North Shropshire. We hold regular meetings at the apiary during the summer, where members old and new can gain experience in handling bees.
